Marurui United Youth Group
is a community based organization that was founded in the year 2003 as the idea of one orphaned, young man who later shared the vision with (4) other youths from the same neighborhood. This young man pulled together the 4 visionary youths to meet in his single roomed house to unite and stand together as a front against suffering and prejudice in the Marurui Jua-Kali settlements.
